Upon placing the order and submitting the form, our design team will confirm your request within 24 to 72 hours.

You'll receive instructions for the subsequent steps to initiate the design process. The design process usually takes 10 to 15 days. Once the design is approved and final payment is made, the jacket typically takes 20 to 30 days for completion. The entire creative process may span up to 45 days before the item is shipped to the customer.

Please note that the design work commences after the deposit and form submission, and production starts only after the full balance is paid.

Your selections through the form will guide our designer, who uses her creativity and discretion to choose the design, use, and placement of embroidered patches. Please note, not all desired patches may be used. Some patches have longer lead times, potentially affecting production and delivery time. We'll communicate any issues or suggestions before finalizing the design.

You're entitled to a free 15-minute pre design consultation. The digital design is shared 10-15 days post-deposit. You have one feedback session for the initial design and another for the final design and cost approval. Any additional feedback beyond these sessions may incur a $100 fee, at the designer's discretion.
